when we went inside, they put so much of spray for us it took 30 min to enter inside with that horrible room spray inside didn't clean bathroom properly so much of pests, there is only one mirror that too broke all the latches are broke which includes main door

This is a very small time place & not a resort by the farthest stretch of imagination also! normally, the price ranges between 2-3K, but they charged about 7K siting season as the reason!! The rooms are pathetic & had webs all over the place. The service was an all-time low. No wifi, no telephone (for ordering/calliing for any requirement), no running hot water (in a place like Araku valley), the TV was not recharged at all.. and the entire place was ill-maintained. The food was the only salvage point! It was a loot!!! A definite NO for this place!!

Stayed here with 2 friends, first thing is on their website they offer free pick up and drop off but this is not available. We stayed in a classic room, it looked newly renovated it was clean and comfortable and spacious for 3 people, with sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs and coffee table. Shower was good and hot. The restaurant did not have any menu and kitchen looked dirty so we didn't eat there.... Though lots of the Indian guests seemed to. It is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, this road is dark at night so single women travellers might want to eat early or stay elsewhere. Is is a pretty quiet location as away from the main road. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens also walkable to the tribal museum and coffee museum. Staff were pretty indifferent and only seemed interested in taking money!

I lost all my money (knew it was non-refundable) by booking for my stay here. The approach road is HORRIBLE! The approach road itself is an immediate disqualifier for this "resort". I resorted to booking at a different place nearby...Jungle Villa which is a far better place. Try the Moon/Earth/Sky type suites there. They're the bigger suites and you won't regret it.
